Refund Policy for SmartFitnessPh

At SmartFitnessPh, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and helping you achieve your

fitness goals. However, we understand that our services may not be the perfect fit for everyone. This

Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may be eligible for a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 100% Refund Eligibility

Clients are eligible for a 100% refund under the following conditions:

– The client has actively used our services for a full 30-day period.

– The client has strictly followed all instructions, guidelines, and recommendations in the program.

– Despite compliance with the program, the client has not achieved measurable results as outlined in

the program objectives.

To qualify for this refund, clients must:

– Provide documented proof of their adherence to the program (e.g., workout logs, diet records,

progress photos as per program requirements).

– Submit a written request for the refund within 30 days of starting the program.

1.2 50% Refund Eligibility

Clients requesting a refund within the 30-day period but who have:

– Not fully followed the program, or

– Chosen not to engage in the program as outlined,

will only be eligible for a 50% refund, provided they have received all program resources (e.g.,

access to materials, videos, and guides).

To qualify for this partial refund, clients must:

– Submit a written request for the refund within 30 days of program access.

2. Exclusions

– Refund requests made after the 30-day period are not eligible, regardless of the level of

participation or results.

– No refunds will be issued for digital goods or resources that have been accessed and downloaded

without justification.

– Requests failing to provide sufficient proof of program adherence (for the 100% refund) will not be

considered for a full refund.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide the following details:

– Full Name

– Date of Purchase

– Detailed explanation of your request, including proof of adherence to the program if applicable.

3. Allow up to 10 business days for the review and processing of your refund request.

4. Processing of Refunds

– Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days of

approval.

– Clients eligible for a 50% refund will receive half of the total amount paid.

– Any processing fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
