AB workout and the science behind revealing your 6 pack!

Now some of you might still have that stubborn belly fat and are longing to see your abs. Don’t worry, I will tell you the secret behind it. You don’t really need core training to have abs. Truth is, we already have them! If you want to see your abs sooner, you need to be in a calorie deficit to shed the fat and reveal the abs underneath. Your second option is to exercise and just like any other muscle group, apply progressive overload to your abs to reveal them even on a fair amount of body fat.
