Home workout (Body Weight Exercise)

In today’s fast-paced world, finding time to hit the gym can be a bit challenging for some. However, maintaining a regular exercise routine is crucial for overall well-being. The good news is that you can achieve your fitness goals without stepping out of your home. Here’s a simple home workout program that focuses on full-body exercises using only body weight.

 

Start with 5-10 minutes of light cardio (brisk walking) to increase blood flow to your muscles. Follow with dynamic stretches to warm up the joints and muscles.
