Cardio for FAT-LOSS
Cardiovascular exercises, also known as cardio is a physical exercise of low to high intensity and there are many different cardio exercises you can do: Running/jogging, cycling, jump rope, swimming, rowing, High-Intensity Interval Training, elliptical trainer, dancing, kickboxing, walking and many more!
BUT… IF your goal is to build muscle and lose fat. Cardio would not be your best option.
“But coach, cardio will help me lose weight so I need to do it every single day!” Well, my answer is yes and no.
Yes because technically for every movement you do, there is a corresponding amount of calories burned. No, because cardio makes up so little of calories burned per day. Now check the image below,

So remember this saying, “Your abs are built in the gym and revealed in the kitchen.” You don’t need weight-loss coffee, weight-loss pills, or even lemon water. You need to be in a deficit.
